ISO/IEC 27701 Certification in UAE & Dubai

ISO/IEC 27701 certification is an independent conformity assessment of a Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) against the applicable standard within a defined certification scope. It focuses on how an organization manages personally identifiable information (PII) and privacy responsibilities.

ISO/IEC 27701:2025 is the second edition of the International Standard for Privacy Information Management Systems (PIMS). ISO lists the 2025 edition as published in October 2025 and the 2019 edition as withdrawn.

A Privacy Information Management System, or PIMS, is a structured management framework for governing the organization’s processing of personally identifiable information, including privacy roles, processes, controls, monitoring and continual improvement.
